Fountain Hills Sister Cities organized a successful International Carnevale fundraising event March 5 at the Community Center. Fountain Hills Sister Cities was honored to host the 2010 Arizona Sister Cities State Convention Oct. 8-9, 2010 quickly followed by hosting a delegation from Dierdorf, Germany.
